Hi astrologers,

I am struggling at my new job (started February 2022) and have been very stressed out and sad because I feel like I’m inadequate and not doing the best job. My new job requires me to speak up and be assertive but I am naturally very shy and timid. I have low confidence until I feel comfortable, and it takes me a while to learn new things in this job because it is also very technical. I’m worried that I will not be successful in my work and I feel lost. Is there anything I can do to improve my career situation or change career? I’m interested in taking courses for computer software.

Will I always struggle with my career path? I think I work hard otherwise and believe I’m relatively intelligent but I’m afraid I will never find a job that I’m happy with. My previous job was the only job I really enjoyed and loved but had to quit because I wanted to move back home to be close to my family.

Thank you so much for the great feedback. I wonder if I am being too hard on myself sometimes, I am glad to hear that you see I am doing well. I am currently facing unfriendly people at work and it has been very disheartening and discouraging. A female top executive is not nice to me and wants to take me off projects. I don’t know why she doesn’t like me. I will pursue more learning opportunities and work hard to improve my situation. Take care.

resilient, focused and plod along with determination.
So take all negative comments from superiors and prove to them that
you are adaptable and capable in trying situations.
