Effects of blue sapphire and emerald on this chart

Hello respected astrologers.
I was advised to wear a blue sapphire (of about 4½ carat) and also some suggested for emerald (it was suggested because of career difficulties and for weak/combust mercury)
I would like to know what changes i am going to feel. (specefic to me/my chart). Although, i have read and watched all related videos yet i am bit confused.
Also, can they be both together (one on middle finger and other on pinky finger)
I am inclined to wear blue sapphire alone.
Kindly advise on the same.
