Stagnation in career

Hello Astrologers,

I want to ask about my stagnant career. Iam stagnant on same hierarchical(beginner level) since beginning of my career i.e around 8 years.
Iam trying to switch my job as there is no growth in current job money wise as well as hierarchy wise. But not getting any good opportunity. Could you please look into my chart and tell when i will be able to grow in my career and switch my job.
Iam staying in my current job as i have pay my bills till i get the better opportunity but iam not satisfied here since last 1 year around.

Could you please provide me some guidance.

The Karak for setback / change in job is the 8th lord Jupiter which being placed in the 2nd house of the natal chart aspects the 8th house thus does not favour major change.

The present antardasa of Mars gives you intense feeling as it is placed in the 6th house which is 11th from sagittarius......this antardasa is unable to give a result as Mars aspects your ascendant by 8th sight.

However this antardasa of Mars favours some change which may be within the organisation.

1. What are your qualifications and professional role ?- Iam MBA in Finance and working as Credit risk analyst in one of the investment bank.
2. Are you married ?- no
3. What is your gender ?- female
4. Are you wearing gemstones ?- No
5. Do you seek spiritual help and do you have steadfast religious faith ?- I do normal daily prayers like Durga saptashloki etc.
6. How accurate is your time of birth ?- 100% accurate.

Change of employer does not cure it.
Pay much attention to lod Shani, Sri Hanuman and lord Brihaspatu for Saturn n Jupiter .bit more patience. As Saturn n Jupiter out of alignment.
Change for better indicated from February 2023.

Thank you for your quick response. Currently iam also trying to get a good job for long run in Europe UK in same domain iam working in. I will keep trying till i succeed as iam chasing my dream. What prospects can you see in my chart? and any remedies to faster this process.

Jupiter is retrograde in natal chart n present Dasa, owning a dusthana, and enemy of this Lagna. Hence obstacles. Hope your dream becomes a reality before February 2023.

Raja@14026- Hello Sir, Just to update you I dint felt any sort of improvement since October. Still trying to change my job.
