Post by Durga789 »

The roots of [[Advertising removed]] can be found in Babylonia and Sumer. It was found in Egypt, Greece, and India. In Western astrology, the zodiac is dated back to the 2nd Century B.C. In other astrology systems, it is dated back more than 2,000 years. There are versions of astrology which date as far as 500 years. There are records of astrology from 5000 to 10000 B.C.
In ancient Greek, the word astrology means "the art of the sky." The birth chart is the map of the heavens at the time of the person's birth. There is a saying, "The sun knows when you are born." The position of the planets in the sky at the moment of birth has a profound effect on a person's character and personality. Most astrologers believe that the birth of the ascendant, or rising sign, has a major impact on our personality.
Astrology originated from Mesopotamia, a civilization that flourished more than 5,000 years ago, where astronomers and mathematicians began to classify celestial bodies and measure their movements. In the earliest phases of astrology, the celestial bodies included the sun, moon, planets, and stars.
