Maraka Planets and Mass Killings

I am studying Jyotish and I was wondering if maraka planets are activated in all people involved in mass killings. Think the recent Uvalde event. All the children in that class had pre-planned short lifespan? They all had the same circumstances of dematerialization as indicated by 8th house? How Jyotish explains these events?
