Doubts on how to read Rajyog

CONCEPT
As per rishi Parashara Rajyog is formed when there is a connection between trikon lords and quadrant lords.
1. Conjunction
2. Mutual Exchange
3. Aspect each other's house.

DOUBT
Example for Gemini ascendant, Venus - 5th Lord ( and 12th Lord ) and Jupiter Lord of 7th and 10th. Will Venus aspecting 7th house from Lagan and Jupiter aspecting from 6th house ( 12th house - another house of Venus ) be considered a Rajyog? Attached photo.

Yes.
Does that affect the Rajyog?

No need to get mixed up; keep it simple.
When 2 different lords of houses 1, 4,5, 7,9 & 10 come
together in a trikona or quadrant, then its a Raja Yoga.
