Need help with respect to career

Hi,

Firstly gratitude to the universe which has helped me get here.

This is my first question here, my advance apologies if my query is not appropriate with the guidelines.

DOB/ Gender: 15 Nov, 1991/ Male
Time of Birth: 07:50 PM
Place: Davanagere (Karnataka), India
Ascendent/Moon sign: Aquarius (Shatabhisha- 2nd pada)

I have a good education and had not faced any issues with education, I was placed in a reputed MNC and was working till 4th Dec, 2019 (Switched once to other organization). I resigned from my job on 4th Dec, 2019 to pursue my long pending goal of Civil services. Given 2 unsuccessful attempts at Civil services, my wife and my family (parents and in-laws) have supported in every way possible in my endeavor. I am now looking to restart my career as I am in need of a job and fulfill my responsibilities towards my family and give them a good, prosperous life.

Could anybody please look into my chart and help me understand when are the chances of getting my desired job, how my career and overall life would be, and any suggestions which I need to follow.

Could you share date of marriage and any health concern to parents.

Date of marriage is 1st Feb, 2017.

Yes parents have health issues.
Father: Has BP, Diabetes from quite a long time. Has been operated once to remove blockage in heart using stent.
Mother: Her health is quite robust and dint had any issues. But, from past 2 years she gets cold and fever all of a sudden, this has happened more than 5 times and twice was admitted for brief time of 2-3 days. She has knee ailment too.

Both are Covid-19 recovered, symptoms didn't aggravate, timely admission to hospital and definitely divine has helped.

Would be really helpful if you could suggest what needs to be done to minimize these effects.

Thanks a lot for your advice, definitely will keep this reference. Also, it would be helpful if you could shed some light on how my professional journey going to be. Also from past 6 months or so I have got interest in astrology, wanted to know if there are any yoga in my chart for it.

The chart has some drawbacks which reflects your difficulties.
I can say with certainty that getting civil service position is not easy.
The Lagna Lord Venus is weak and it shows weakness in the backbone
of the chart.
I am pleased with the yogakaraka planet, Saturn, which is trying to deliver
the fruits in its due time, but it is also, unfortunately, collecting debts of
past sins through process of Sade Sati (Saturn s transit on Moon) which has
just commenced. it takes 5 to 7 years to complete.
Remedial measures are recommended to pave the way for getting first a job,
apart from a civil service job with much endeavour.

Beyond what has already been called out, I'd like to take the liberty of highlighting placement of Sun/Ravi in his Neecha-Sthana or sign of debilitation in Tula Rashi. Although he attains digbala in Dasamsa or D-10, in my humble opinion raise in executive or administrative roles will be limited/restricted. Incidentally, the current Maha-Dasha lord Saturn/Shani-dev is placed in his Swasthana in Makara Rashi... but he is posited in the Lunar Constellation of Uttarashada Nakshatra, ruled by Sun/Ravi.

In any case, the upcoming Pratyantara of Lagna Lord Venus/Shukra, followed by Sun/Ravi might only be marginally better. And, in my humble opinion, I see better prospects further down the lane or a little later.

The periods : Venus/Venus and Venus/Sun - need propitiation of the
respective deities and mantras as per my link below signature.
Periods following will be much better and after completion of sade sati.
Shani Sesame oil diya lighting on Saturdays is recommended rightaway.
Also Homam Poojas to Ma Lakshmi and Lord Vishnu; followed by
Homam Pooja to Lord Siva and Devi Parvathi.
Also worship to : Lord Ganesh and Ma Dhurga for ill positioning of the Rahu/Ketu axis.
