Job switch decision

I raised a question before too on my other topic but since it has alot of pages, may be that was not answered.

I have got a new job offer which is offering better pay but I am confused if I should switch my job. If possible please suggest would this improve my financials although difference in pay is not too much. Also advise if this would bring success in my career in future? Any chance of settling abroad thorugh the job? My details are:

DOB: 29th November, 1984
TOB: 9:30 AM
Karachi, Pakistan

Period till 2024 good but will be anxiety filled, a lot of hard work will be required.
