Sharing a chart below of a native for whom I shared marriage prediction as below,
1) Jupiter retro in 9th house in the Nakshatra of darakarak, marriage happiness confirmed but delayed a bit.
2) 7th lord with darakarak and atmakarak, a pending karma towards spouse
3) D-9, Karakamasa kundali - 6th house has the D9 7th lord. Natives spouse might be in healing profession, and the native and Spouse might get opportunities to work together professionally.
4) Also here in D9, Venus is with Rahu which will delay marriage. Venus in sign of Leo Navamsa, the native might not win arguments against spouse.

This chart seems to be of a native born on 29 Dec 1991 in india.[I calculated it from the chart provided by you.]
If this is correct then it seems the native is already married.[ quality of married life may be his concern]
