D1 and D9 basics ( exaltation / debilitation )

Want to understand that is a planet debilitated in D1 but becomes exalted in D9.
Will it will results of exaltation during its dasa and antardasha?

Also want to understand the opposite condition. If planet is exalted in D1 but debilitated in D9, how should we interpret the result?
