BUT
I look at these upachaya houses differently.
Will give my view point in detail shortly.

Zero by venus is quite rare, I did such a chart last year will try n find n share.

May I ask you, based in your analysis, some one who has Venus in 10th will get 0 Bindus or how is it?

Except Venus all planets give a bindu in the 10th house.
Therefore they are unable to give ZERo in this house.
Now when other planets do not give bindu to venus in the 10th house and since it itself does not give a bindu here then it results in venus having ZERO bindu in the 10th house.

Krushana JI writes about it:

" Only venus can give zero points in the 10th house, but in such cases, it is mostly spoiled. The 10th house is for authority and work [karma] venus is the basic Karaka for the 7th and the 12th houses, which are mostly related to the opposite sex. If anybody is involved only in those activities, they may not be able to do anything in the life and will ignore his duties. So zero in 10th house due to venus denotes that."

AS far as I can remember:
Very highly educated.
No proper job till now
Dependent on scholarships/parental help as the native said.
Some indication of activity related to.....reflecting our astrological study.
