Foreign travel and Settlement

What are the possibility of travelling and settling in foreign lands for the below DOB? Can anybody in the forum help in analyzing the same

on this matter. Indications are not strong, but keep trying after April 2017 in the

I don't have any issue staying in my homeland. But concerned abt career and growth. I would b happy staying in homeland.
If I can achieve growth I want there is no question on leaving home. Sir, can u advice me on suitable career path..presently working as faculty in an institute.
