Thanks for update. How much does a Havan/Homam cost in India?
Well Done!
Both the Havans costed Rs.11k plus another Rs.1k as temple charges. This is about USD150..This includes all charges..
Regards,
Mohit

Re: ***CLASSIC MANTRAS FOR THE NINE PLANETS***
I know a few mantras for the stars. They help you make contact with the constellation you were born under. That's how the stars help you choose the right path and succeed. I like to read popular science literature about constellations, celestial bodies, and astrology. Of course, I don't believe everything about astrological predictions, but I think most of it is true. The midheaven in a person's natal chart and individual horoscope often answers many questions about their success and other life details. Cancer Midheaven is something that has helped me find answers to many questions.

HOW TO MAKE A SIMPLE MANDHIR IN YOUR HOME:
Start with the recommended deities in your prescription and if you have internet,
please download and print postcard or smaller pictures or, if you can buy small
statues if available. One diya or tealight, placed carefully, for all will do.
When arranging the deities, keep Lord Siva in middle and Lords Brahma & Vishnu on either
side. You may also place their consorts with each of them.
Try and keep it simple with the idea of focusing your mind for meditation.
Do not keep the mandhir or altar unattended.
NB: Do not keep pictures or statues of Shani Dev or Sri Hanuman inside home, as they should
be kept outside home or in temples only.
Blessings !
