Requesting Mr Noel tarot reading on my situation

My situation is concerning a co worker with whom there is this sudden intense pull i felt. He was the one who initiated the conversation and we hit if off so amazingly well i thought he was the one for me (if im being too dramatic)

But then we hit a wall and suddenly things paused and i tried to give it a push but felt kind of unwanted by him. Not sure of his feelings or the future

Can mr noel tell me what will happen in this connection. Can there be a future perspective for me with this co worker in terms of romantic relationship. And why is he behaving this way, if its just in my mind all this fantasy of him liking me and us hitting off?

I think what the tarot is saying that you opened him up too quickly and he felt that he gave too much of himself, and that you consequently gave too much of yourself. Now he is embarrassed at what he said and wants to hide his shame. You might not think it is shameful but he does.

Is it a fantasy - The Chariot. No, it was not a fantasy.

Why don't you just go slowly with things and see how they pan out.

Thank you Mr. Noel. This seems spot on because we both opened up quite quickly, it was so smooth too. Then as I had mentioned in my reading request, we hit a sudden block and almost as if he pulled away. But then we started speaking a little again, during those talks i was made aware of a 4 year age difference between us, im the elder one. He comes from a conservative family is what it seems like to me so i am not sure if i try to think from long term perspective if his family would align. But even before his family, i dont feel that even he is aligning as during our conversation he has referred to me as “friend” multiple times and when indirectly there was a conversation happening around friendship turning to love, he said he doesn’t believe in that and he believes in keeping intentions clear from the start which kind of gave me the hint that he wishes to not have me romantically.

Im not sure how to feel about all this but i do very strongly and intensely feel for him that too in quite a short while.
Isnt there any way to find out a more solid outcome to this situation? Say like a final outcome?

Im not sure if its worth getting attached to and then go through the same old pain as usual. It scares me, i do not want to be disappointed again. I really want this but no practical cell in my body at this point tells me that he would want me. I dont know.

I had seen your response a while back and I thank you for it. I tried to take a while and pulled back and assessed the situation as you’d mentioned but things are looking pretty grim for me now.

To begin with answering tour question, im in my late 20s and he is in his early 20s. This sort of an age difference is a bit culturally inappropriate if the woman is the elder one. Plus i guess the very evident thing happening here is that im in the mindset of something serious, stable and long term while he is still in that play boy, time pass, situationships phase of life.

So when i pulled back, he came back around, but then we speak for a day or two and the high is really good, but then boom comes the crash again where he goes missing. He tries to look at me in person while at work, but no tangible action or effort to proceed it. While i have also observed him being all giggly and involved with other females.

Everytime I've tried to make an effort to ask him out for a coffee or something else, i have been shot down with a lie.
And all of this push and pull, hot and cold, is somehow affecting me immensely, because trust me Mr. Noel, when we connect, its amazing. I feel like i can talk to him about any and everything for hours and hours but he is the one who always stops responding first. The other night we spoke so casually about “fire” like the most random of topics get meaningful with us.

So while i recognise the connection is there, i also realise that he is flaking, and breadcrumb ing me and its really affecting my emotional and mental well being. My balance and focus is all lost. I do not know what to do anymore hence the only way out im feeling of this situation is to cut him off and be verbal to him about it.

I am sorry i am writing to you again but i am feeling very lost and trapped in my own energies.. there has been no contact from him to me on text or social media (where we were communicating earlier) this seems like a huge block and like so much time has passed. He feels distant. I see him in office daily but its like little to no communication.

I am planning to reach out to him and ask him out again. I am not sure if he will turn me down. I am planning to confess to him, not directly so but indirectly.

Guidance from you in this moment would really help. I have not had one day of peace as my mind has been in unrest.z
