Yes, it does look potentially to be quite an exciting year for you next year re career matters. Changes are indicated, perhaps quite radical ones too.

Having said that, there are a few things you may need to watch for, one of which is being argumentative, especially with those in your immediate and/or work environment and as a result of taking things said to you, too personally. This could interfere with your progress, and then scatter your energies.
If you can listen objectively to what's being said to you, then you can avoid this, and then also see that any criticism may ultimately be helpful.

With regard to any contracts, examine these closely as you may miss something important if you just skim the details. (For e.g. there may be more involved in the work than you are initially led to believe).
However, having said this, don't go too much in the other direction and get too caught up in all the 'fine print'.

There is the possibility that some 'dream' may come true as a result of some friend/friends or connection with a particular social group.

In general, you are going to be very busy and full of possibilities and connections. Just don't spread yourself too thin as this could result in your missing important details or connections with people who are worth more to you and to your career than they may initially appear to do.

Hi Mohammed,

Whether it's long-term or not will depend on you and your choices and actions during this coming year.
You have a lot of work to do in this new position and it will change you in many ways that you cannot begin to imagine at this point.

I would suggest that you don't try to take on more than you can realistically handle - which you may tend to do as it's is your nature to do so. Certainly you are feeling an intensity and stress within yourself currently which you may feel is coming from the high expectations of you by others. Just remember that you only have to meet your own criteria - which is more than high enough.

Your SR for 2025/26 shows quite a lot of opportunities and a more positive attitude within yourself and with your work. So, do what you can realistically do, and remember that's all that matters in the end.

Hi Mohammed,

I can see that this is indeed a difficult time for you but, if you can harness the powerful energies you are experiencing, you will accomplish much. The difficulty for you is - especially at this time - allowing yourself to see only the negative, and spiralling deeper into negative states. This can also lead to your being overly combative which, in turn, will result in the loss of opportunity. The ending of your job is in a fact a good thing - even though of course it doesn't feel that way - as it will bring an opportunity to discover talents you may not be aware of.

Currently too, your basic energy - Mars - has been undermined by this planetary energy being retrograde since early Dec. As Mars is in your Natal 6th House of 'work' and co-rules your Career area, this has clearly contributed to the loss of your job. However, in 2 days it begins to move forward again so gradually from then, work matters are likely to pick up again, possibly quicker than you may think.

In fact there are some very good aspects in your Solar Return for work matters during this birthday year, but you will need to discipline your mind - which is likely to be working overtime jumping from one idea to another.
