Vimshottary Dasha

How vimshottary dasha can be achieved rationally in respect of a twin brother/sister whose ascendant and the planetary configuration remain same.
Only moon changes its position for a few minutes of arc leading to the repeatition of the same result for both the twin consequtively,
after a period of few days or month or so, according to vimshottary dasha.
But in reality it does not occur.
Let us rethink about this dasha system.

One of the faculty of Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan, New Delhi, India (the largest school on Astrology) has written a book Interpreting Divisional Charts: An Innovative Approach Through the Destinies of Twins

In this book, he has taken the charts of twins and proceeded to show why their life patterns are different.
But their dasha, Natal chart, Navamsa (D-9), Dasamsa (D-10) are almost the same.

Hence, we have to compute the higher charts like D-81 (D-9 of D-9), D-90 (D-9 of D-10) etc which clearly shows why the life of twins are different.
