Am I having twins?

Hi all, I'm roughly 15 weeks pregnant and have had a sense of things being quite 'different'. I also had a dream where I was holding two ovum, one in each hand whilst telling my partner "we're having twins!".
I'd like to know whether my intuition is correct or whether it's playing tricks on me.
Any feedback on the horary chart and question would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance
