SN Ruler & Nodes squaring true Lilith

Hello

I was wondering if someone can shine some light on my Nodal story.. Gemini SN in the 7th house, the Ruler is in Scorpio conjunct Pluto in the 11th. What does that suggest?
Also, both Nodes are squaring Lilith with a 1degree orb, its in Pisces in the 3rd house.
