YES.

According to the teachings of my Guru Ji, Vedic astrology is based on the natural delivery time and for any human interference time rectification must be done.

Hi Sir,

I have seen many people change the birth timings (in cases of caesarean) after consulting their priest. Especially when they don't want kids to be born during gandmool nakshatra. Does it not work then? My own cousins were born that way..
Also, some people change their birth date in their documents (I have seen this as a common practice in U.P , to reduce age of the person.) Does it also impact the person's life in terms of the energy it gives?

As I wrote earlier VEDIC ASTROLOGY is based on natural birth. There should be no human interference. For any human interference time rectification is required.

According to the teachings of my Guru Ji a child birth takes place in the same nakshatra in which conception took place.
It is obvious that we do not know the conception time.
As the child grows the astrologers keep on observing the child and by use of divisional chart adjust the time which may be from few minutes to few days.
Its a cumbersome job and very difficult to find an astrologer who who will honestly do it.

Its a common practice in Indian Subcontinent to reduce the age in order to get delayed retirement.

I would suggest that finding out the actual time of birth can be
known by the services of a reliable Nadi Reader.
You will be surprised when they even speak out your name !
