Hi, how many degree's applying and separating for progression and solar arc progression transits?

Hi Lakers, it has to be very tight, I use 1/2 degree as it is generally internally driven or felt and therefore sometimes a progression is hard to notice. The tighter the orb the more you will have a chance of noticing it.
