My Shukra MD is going on and Shani MD for my husband. My Shukra MD doesn't seem to be favouring me at any step. I am worried that this MD is for next 20 years, so will there be problems always till my MD changes?

With regard to this present problem which rests on your husband :
I am sure you have a proper contract when leasing houses and you need to
call the law in, prove matters, take necessary legal action by employing professionals.
The present time is not very good as you say for both of you.
Two approaches :
1. Take legal action - this will take time and incur expenses; you will know the law re
tenancy agreements in your country;
2. Simultaneously, Take spiritual protection by going to a Kali Temple and consulting a priest and he will
tell you what to do to help control the wrong doers.
You and your husband s action is now immediately required as advised.

This is a bit urgent. We are being dragged into a legal case regarding the
property. It is a tense situation. Could any of the esteemed astrologers
shed a light on the outcome possible? Will this affect us in any adverse

1. Strengthen your JU and RA. JU is 1L and RA will control 6L SU as they are in close conjunction in 1H.
2. After July 2021 things will start getting better. Real progress once 2022 starts.

I guess just before things went ugly, there was a major altercation between your husband and the tenant.

Anyway, no worries..take it easy..just ensure that you hire a competent lawyer. Some money will be spend for legal hassles which is understandable. However, it is important that you take great care of the paperworks now and drag the matter till next year at the very least.

For you, strengthen your Jupiter and Mars and maybe your Sun too as Sun is 1L. Your issues will be solved.

Mind you, strengthening Mars will give certain amount of trouble in married life but your overall luck will improve.

We do have a proper contract. Already called the police regarding the same. Will do as advised. Thank you so much.
