about my karma and purpose

i'm shiv, and very much eager to know about my karma and purpose in this life. i feel like doing something very big for humanity, that will uplift people's lives, but cant seem to find a direction to put my effort into.
also, i am confused about the career and finance, because i cannot focus on building my career, instead i focus more on achieving emotional stability and spiritual knowledge.
so , my queries are :
1. what are the strengths and weaknesses, i'm born with ?
2. what career is good for me according to my interests and strengths ?
3. when will i find a strong path to follow in material life, because i fickle out from my path very often ?
4. what are the problematic areas in my life that i must stay be aware of ?
