Regret, I do not know know of any on internet.
They have to be visited with appointment at their practices;
India and Sri Lanka have these services for which they charge.
My opinion: they are only good for accurate birth time, but not
for future predictions. They have a record of all births, names etc.

You may read Crux - Vedic Astrology, Sanjay Rath where there are examples of birth time correction.

However, if it is important to correct to week / day accuracy then Kalachakra can be used with divisional charts as well. But you need experience to understand D-1 in connection with D-10 and further more. Practice over at least 50 charts with relatively accurate time to arrive at events.
