Bad financial condition

Below is my brother's details.

Let me say few lines about my brother. My brother is a hardworking person. He like his profession that is Ayurveda Panchkarma clinic practice. He read lots of Ayurveda books/magazine. He also create all needed Ayurvedic medicines by his hand only so all the medicine is always pure. But since some time he is not getting money for the rented clinic place and now due to Corona, no patients since months. The rental clinic shop owner is not offering any benefits in charging monthly rental. Thus he got into really bad financial condition. He is still unmarried as well but that is another topic.

He want to know should he look for another place to start newly his clinic? Is the current time good for that? Will it be good to have own place (though it looks difficult currently) or go again for rented place? Any suggestions how far from current clinic place to look for new clinic place.

Please help and guide him.

If the expenditure is more than the income it is not worth it.
So getting another rented place would not make a difference.
In many places, Doctors do not meet their patients directly but by taking
the necessary precautions, face masks, plastic barriers like in pharmacies,
using sanitizers, distancing etc. Having a contact phone and dealing with the
case accordingly might help his business and those who require his services.

These medical services are needed at any challenging time and it is a greater
risk to him than the patients like what Hospital and Caring staff are doing
at present all over the world.
So shops for food, pharmacies, ayurveda centres, dentists and transport service
will always survive more than some other services.
I will also look at his chart to check how fortunate he is at this time. But in the
meantime, one must adapt, be innovative, and above all - ask for the Divine to guide
and give prosperity to carry you through these times.

I wish he thinks more positively in order to keep his head above stormy waters.

His present running dasa is not that easy and needs strengthening
of these weak planets that are not supportive.
If he believes in Hinduism and is able to sincerely do astrological
remedies, then please come back to me for guidance in this regard.
I wonder what spiritual help he is seeking daily or he is just depending
on his own might.
I like to know if he is wearing any gemstones and through which supreme powers he is
seeking help ?

Thank you for your quick reply.
My brother pray to Lord Dattatreya daily in the morning. He wears only pushkaraj stone in silver ring in right hand first finger.
Please suggest any remedies to improve earnings from Clinic. we understood your reply but still he think will changing Clinic place will bring any good income?

Why do you pray to Lord Dattareya, which deity is this in the Hindu temple ?
Who asked him to wear Pukharaj and for long is he wearing it ?

Some local astrologer advised my brother 5 year back to wear Pukharaj and he is wearing that since then.
He has gone through your signature link now. Which Planet Mantra he should recite at what time? Please Guide further.

Thank you for your reply here.
My brother keep asking me same question if nothing is happening in current place, patients are not coming, no earnings, heavy rental, how will he survive then? He is not desperate to change rental place but its been since sometime before Covid time also that he is getting less response in his current clinic place. He also got his homeloan EMI going on so paying homeloan EMI and Clinic rent with almost no income has become difficult for him.

Can it be possible to predict when will his good time will come for income at current Clinic place?

Brother has now finished the Period : Venus/Jupiter. So he was given this because
Jupiter is fallen in chart. Jupiter is a functional malefic for this chart and did it help.
The new period running is Venus/Saturn from about February 2020 until another 3 years.
So he needs to propitiate the Yogakaraka Saturn for this chart together with Lagna Lord Venus
poorly placed in 6H, a dusthana.
So specific treatment has apparently not been given and hence the results his got.
Shall come back with the specific treatment just only for the period running. ie. Venus/Saturn
to concentrate on at this particular time.
In my opinion, the pukharaj, has not helped by strengthening a functional maleific for the chart.
Shall come back in due time.

Sorry but what I understood from your reply is that he should pray for Venus-Saturn planets only as its his current MD-AD. is that correct?
Should he stop wearing Pukharaj?
and I assume your suggestion is he should keep working in his current place only?

Your brother is in venus mahadasa and saturn antardasa.
Saturn Antardasa from 18 Dec 2018 to 17 Feb 2022.
This saturn has only 3 bindus in the 2nd house.
