I am following the forum ftom long time and yoyr advice is iseful to me. I wanted help as we are constructing the house from January 2020 but in July 2020 neighbour has logged complaint to MCD and mcd came and broke lenter and two walls.
Now that neighbour threat us that he will get the property sealed.
He wanted to have money from us.
Please tell wwill this house be constructed.

You need to get Local Council approval of plans to build and then
no one can raise objection.
are you following the Building regulations rules
Have you approved plans
Be on the side of the Local authority laws to build.
If yes, then you can take action against them for damage.

Property is in the name of my mother .Her name is Shanti Devi.

Our very next neighbour is sardar we dont know his name.
He has doje complaint and our lenter got broken

Hi,

It looks like father is representing the property owner or your mother. He is currently in Jupiter/Guru (ruling 3rd and 6th houses and Retrograde/Vakra is not really a benefic of his chart - ruling skirmish with government authorities) Maha-Dasha and Mars/Kuja (placed in the 12th house of Vyaya/Losses among other things and with Ketu in the Ketu-Rahu axis) Antara-Dasha, is perhaps not the best of time for your father...

It is probably not a good idea for him to be representing the owner/Mom. In any case, it would only make sense for him (perhaps as head of the house) and you guys to thread cautiously...

PS: I'm inclined to think finer sense will prevail - things though might be a bit stressful for him, until at least end of June 2021.

Hi,

Court case and complications are possible, purely from an unfavorable time/period point of view.

By the way, Rahu in the 6th house and in Mrityu Bhaga and within the fatal Trimsamsa degree is not a good sign at all... specially considering the Retrograde or Vakra Jupiter/Guru is posited in the Lunar Constellation of Shatabisha Nakshatra, ruled by Rahu - not to mention his strong foot-print and hence influence over the chart (and in-turn the native).

Hopefully, you'll realize there is only so much one can do with limited knowledge and/or information of ground reality. Unless I'm terribly mistaken, I'm inclined to think there is a lot more involved/associated with this situation. So, problems (either this or some other) could linger on at least until end of the current Maha-Dasha (November 2023).

Your neighbour in question is at a loss to know the Legal owner of the property.
But he will ultimately get to know through the local authorities.
In the meantime, check your mother s chart, if you say she owns it and be prepared.

Your mother should now take legal and divine protection and defeat his claim, as long as
your side is in the right in what is being done re house construction.

Therefore, you need to give your Mothers tob details for checking.
Any other claims on unregistered owner should be responded accordingly until they address it to the registered owner.

A similiar incident happened 15 years back in my neighbourhood between a house owner and next plot flat builder.
the house owner took stay order on flat constructions as it harmed his house and till today not resolved.
Now a powerful builder bought both house and incomplete flat's and resolved the problem.

Try to address your neighbour concern.
This issue would reflect on the chart of property owner.
