It looks like the current Maha-Dasha is that of malefic Mercury/Budha (probably lording 3rd and 6th houses for Udaya Lagna is in Mesha Rashi - remote and very little chance of Udaya Lagna being placed in Karaka Rashi.). If true (for 3rd house/lord also represents neighbors), it is clearly indicating indicating problems/issues/challenges...

In any case, Mercury/Budha has barely passes Sun/Ravi in the Graha Yudha or Planetary war/race and seems to be badly burnt, for being in close proximity in the process. Incidentally, he is conjunct Rahu in Makara Rashi (enemical to Sun/Ravi) in the Rahu-Ketu axis and more importantly Rahu seems to be in Mrityu Bagha and within the fatal Trimsamsa degree. Apart from that, the 6th house is also badly afflicted.

Please ask your mother to immediately start reading/reciting/chanting Shri Vishnu Sahasranama regularly, at least until you seek/get help/guidance from experienced and knowledgeable experts for appropriate Vedic/Dharmic remedies for early relief.

Its not easy without accurate tob.
But with data given : there are certain planets which are weak and causing
obstructions by malefic planets:
The Mahadasa now running is Mercury which is combust and not helpful and I
recommend that you do the following at a Hindu Temple :

Lord Shiva and Devi Parvathy
Lord Vishnu and Maha Lakshmi

Preferably on Fridays with fasting : taking small donations etc with priest for
Archanas, weekly, Your Mother s Rasi Nakshatra is : HASTA required for Archanas.

And, at home temple, with diya to the above deities -
mantras 9 times each n ask for help n protection.

Prayers each morning or evening by the Owners of the House.

Dear all,

As I sharsd the problem of constructing the house ..our is subdivided plot and layout or map cannot be passed.All the construction of subdivided plots are like this
Now the neighbour is harassing us and asking for huge money.
And saying if we wouldn't give he will get property sealed.

Please tell when issue resolved

Taking your father chart.

1.Taking the 4th house as the property under focus,its lord saturn is placed in the 11th house.. the karak house of property which shows that your father meddles or himself tries to influence the result.
