At a confusing stage of life

Hi All,
I need a guidance at this point of time as i am clueless about what to do . i am going through highly stressful period at my workplace . I was thinking about changing or leaving the job and try something else . I was thinking about this as i dont have kids so i could take risk and couple of years back even after lot of treatment doctors declared we cant have kids. But just last week by god`s grace we found that my wife is pregnant . But doctors also added that i have to be very careful as my wife is 40+ .
Would any one please analyze my chart and guide me through what should i do at career front , And everything would be fine in the pregnancy period ?
I am very tense now days because of these two things.

I recommend that dont try anything new now. Be patient and things will change. Congratulations to you and your wife.
Patience is the key at workplace for the time being.
Dont worry much about your kid for now things would be well. Lets discuss more this later.
Patience of 4 months is required currently. Donate 4 bananas every thursday in temple/cow/beggar not to a servant it would be like tips not daan.

I had look at your chart, before beginning the prediction I would like you to understand that we all have a purpose for this existence.
