Check from which houses you are getting these points from. That would answer the question.

Each planet from its BAV gives points to the 12 houses.
So look which planets giving more BAV points in that house and interpret. Based on karakas of planets houses and Rashis.
Also placements of planets in your chart.

It need to be checked up with other house distribution,specially 9,11,2,4.
However one can expect this individual will have good inheritance
