CAREER GUIDANCE / FIELD NEEDED @ age of 30

I have been struggling in my career since a long time, having difficulty in settling / finding a stable field of career.
I had posted in 2016 as well; post that I changed my job at lower pay to a smaller org; but post 6-7 months there also similar issue;
Recently joined a new job; but in 2 months again - few people want me gone as they see me as competition and are trying to spread false rumours about me.

So I am looking for some guidance in my career as post I became a CA nothing as such seems to be positive from a career front. Kindly guide, which field would be suitable for me (m a chartered accountant).

I have also recently started in partnership a B2B marketing company helping companies come in India / helping Indian companies procure goods / sell outside India. Wanted to ask whether this would be a good field for me to pursue.

Or I should try few of these:-
1. Start my own CA practise ? or
2. Planning to apply for Australian residency or
3. Pursue higher studies - primarily it would be an MBA
4. I m also searching jobs outside India. Is it beneficial for me? or

Kindly guide, as I m finding it extremely difficult to find stable work field.

Thanks for the revert, Can we consider the time as 9.40 am primary reason being I have week eyes (I am high myopic) + relation with father isnt that good.
