Planning for Advancing my education- Seeking suggestions

Dear Astrologers,

I hold Masters degree in Engineering and presently doing lecturing job. I have not seen any better progress (till date) nor seeing a good prospect in the present profession. This has created a lot of perturbation in my life and presently future looks grim.

Is it worth venturing in advancing my education (if yes, what education? PhD/ MBA etc.) or else should continue doing the same profession?

Maybe you were expecting much to happen in terms of success since your Jupiter dasa and Rahu antardasa began since mid 2017, leading to some dissapointments at the first quarter 2018.

Another thing I have noted from your chart is that success will be proportionate or even less than the efforts given.
In fact, 2018 has slowed your growth and expectations, though you have been focussing in your financial and career areas since Oct 2017.

After feeling stifled since March to July 2018, you are thinking of doing something else/further; with your mind wandering much.
This is expected to remain till end 2018.

Sir, I'm grateful & thankful to you for your valuable insights. I was unaware that you were expecting confirmation about things happened from me. Yes I'm facing this disappointment in job since 2+ years. Nothing is going in my way, i don't know what's the hindrance, what's stopping.
My disappointment is because of no financial/career growth when compared my own friends over whom I have done well with academics. Every other person in my circle is settled but I'm the one who's struggling with every aspect of my life.
My future looks grim, I don't know whether I'm low on confidence or situations have made my brain to think that way.

Current maha dasa is ruled by debilitated Jupiter and antar dasa of Rahu in 12th. Both ruling lords are not favorable.
Current forecast looks stressful for profession and self. It is advisable to work with patience.
