Is it right time to sell my Ancestral property ( Agri land)

My Date of Birth is 22/12/1972;
Time is 00:05 HRS( AM) ( midnight of 21/12/1972 12 past 05 min; virgo ascendant )
Place of Birth : Mysore
I am unable to cultivate Agricultural land in my native place as I have located 500 Kms away from my Native Place due to Job.
So, I am thinking of selling this property and buy a new agriland near my work place and settled down in this place itself even after retirement.
Please somebody guide me , is it right time for me to sell this property in my native place. A I am running with Ketu dasas, if I sell this property now, Do I loose this money and also property. or Will the planetary movement will help me to excute my plans. Please guide me.
