Is Govt job possible for this unemployed native ?

Is it possible to crack top government examination as per this birth chart ? I am currently unemployed and preparing for UPSC(IAS/IFS/Indian Forest Service) but i'm very confused due to series of bad events in the past ..... Kindly guide me if clearing such exams for powerful govt job is possible or not as per this chart....... During my exam period(2019/2020) I will be facing Venus Mahadasha and Saturn Antardasha
