Hi PEM ji,
She is a hindu and she is religious. Goes to temples in malaysia and india. She is not wearing any gem stone.

Other astrologer told that she has 4 planets in her 11th house which is delaying her marriage. Also some told girls has 3 major planets debilitated which is affecting her.

Family tried looking for alliance but nothing worked out. Recently a guy from India approached the girl for marriage via matrimony site. guy and girl like each other very much but guys father is not accepting the alliance as the girl is a foriegner (guys details: pob- vellore, TN, tob- 1:40pm, dob-21-jul-1985). Not sure if this alliance will work out. If this works out we all will be very happy for the girl.

Girls family regularly visits temple in tamil nadu and do pooja. No specific rituals done.

There is no caste restrictions.

But you havent mentioned if she is already commited but the guy postpones asking her hand or if there is anyone in her life and she is worried that nobody is going to appear.

Talking strictly from european astrology perspective: she shouldnt hurry. Because she is already exposed naturally to all sort of emotional insatisfactions. She has the DSC in Cancer (and indeed its an indicator that the person is prone to forming a family) but the ruler of her DSC is in Capricorn - the sign governed by Saturn, indeed it could be a delay, but I wouldnt worry the marriage woulndnt happen sooner or later.
Why I worry is that the ruler of DSC, Moon, is squared by Venus in Libra - this is the source of her emotional insatisfaction, and if she pushes the things, more likely that the effect of the aspect (emotional insatisfaction, emotional compromises, feeling unhappy and caught in something she doesnt enjoy actually, or simply the marriage will not feed her ideal of marriage and she will be disapointed to see de difference between what she imagined/wanted and what she receives) is going to be felt stronger (since Venus squares both the DSC and the ruler of the DSC).

Yes. She is engaged with a man but delay is from the guys parents. Guy seems to genuienly love her.
