I'm a student completing post-grad in Comp Sci and am having serious issues with an utter inablity to work consistently. I cannot focus for long (i.e not more than 10 mins) and always tend to delay and put things off till the last moment. My sleep patterns are also totally haywire. Sometimes I sleep at 6 am and wake up at 2 pm. I'm unable to change this too as I cant fall asleep at night. I feel tired during the day.
I've visited counsellors before regarding my issues but beyond cognitive behaviour therapy, (which provides limited help) they haven't been able to provide any solutions.
These problems are also, not because of a disinterest in the subject. I like programming but for more than a year I seem to have lost the zeal to do anything. It wasn't always this way. I seem to not be able to tap into my real potential.
I hope you will oblige and help me recover.
