In general retrograde malefics give much trouble to the native . But if that retrograde Saturn is a benefic as in case of Libra or Taurus he gives much gain ultimately . For other lagnas retrograde malefics do much harm i to the house where they are posited and the houses which they aspect . Retrograde Saturn in the 4 th house takes the native to walk through hell and fire as far as the mother and domestic happiness are concerned . by aspects he serves the same result as far as 7 th house also concerned .

full birth details will help ,we need to see its relationship with other planets.
