Hi Keshav,

The first thing I see when I look at your chart and the transits to it is that Uranus will be squaring your Venus, the ruler of your 10th House which is in Taurus, before passing over the Midheaven and making a long transit across your 10th House - the house of career. Uranus will be in orb of square to your Uranus from late March until early June this year and then again from mid-October this year until late March 2019. To begin with, this will probably be a taster for what is to come for the main transit of Uranus across your 10th House which lasts from late April 2020 until late June 2027 and then it will make a final retrograde into and back out of your 10th House from mid-December 2027 until mid-April 2028. So clearly this will be a long-term influence that you need to prepare for. The peak of the transit for you will likely be when Uranus comes within orb of conjuncting your Moon-Mars conjunction which is in your 10th House from mid-May 2021 to the end of November 2021, then again from early March to early July 2022, and then again (!!!) from mid-October 2022 to late April 2023.

When Uranus squares your Venus which rules your 10th House (as well as your 3rd, and its disruptive influence will also be felt in matters related to your 3rd House such as your communications with others and your local community), and when it transits across your 10th House, it will be a very exciting and upsetting time in your career, when you feel a powerful urge to free yourself from restrictions. You may have a great need to express your true identity through your career, but may have been denying this need for a while and conformed to the demands of society and your peers. If you’re trying to ignore this need for more self-expression or independence in your career, these inner rumblings will be upsetting and confusing. Your restlessness will surface and your needs will be so immediate and urgent that you’re likely to make changes that seem extremely radical to other people, and they’ll strongly resist your efforts to change the situation. This will likely cause conflicts with authority figures, employers and even your parents, as they could interpret your behavior as irresponsible or disrespectful. You may also rebel against your community’s accepted rules of behavior, make a complete career change or relocate to find more stimulating opportunity. However, if you find yourself in a more comfortable situation between now and then, perhaps if you do manage to find a job, and it affords you the freedom to be yourself and express your creativity, you may be motivated to make adjustments that give you more autonomy and freedom. You may get some resistance from other people, but the more comfortable you are with what you’re doing; the less you’ll feel the need to defend your actions. You won’t care what others think of your behavior and may even be more flamboyant. As disruptive as this energy is, it’s also important to open you up to a new way of looking at your activities in the outside world. Uranus is also in square to your Venus in your Natal Chart, which suggests that all of this could very well be integrated into your personality and that it could be a common theme throughout your life. What is also suggests is that you probably will find a job soon - but the conditions of that job could become very unpredictable and may introduce great deal of disruption into your life. If you act wisely over the next ten years, you should be rewarded with a vastly improved career situation. Natally, your Uranus is in a grand trine to Saturn and to a Mercury-Jupiter conjunction, and this suggests that once you overcome this challenge that Uranus will bring you over the next decade, you will be able to enjoy a stable and very fulfilling career.

Last month, Saturn made a trine to your Midheaven and it will do so again in June and then again in November. It suggests that over the next few months just before Uranus begins to bring its influence, you’ll be more aware of your place in the business world and what you need from your career. You may gain confidence in your abilities and will exercise great patience when pursuing your goals. This is a good time to promote yourself to the world or take on projects that will bring you recognition. If you discover that you’ve been following an ingrained pattern of behavior from the past or have been working to meet the expectations of other people over your own needs, you may need to make adjustments to your career path to find more fulfillment. However, you should be able to effect those changes now without upsetting the stability of your life. This may be a time of looking forward and making plans for the future in anticipation of coming success, or re-evaluating and coming to terms with the progress you’ve made over the last few years. You’re serious about your responsibilities and thoughtful about your career path, making you seem more mature to other people, especially those in power. You have good relations with employers and a healthy respect for authority, making it much easier to find support for your efforts or opportunities for advancement. What this suggests is that a good job, as you say, is coming if you put yourself out there and seize every opportunity you are given whilst actively looking for any other opportunities to seize. This should be a good time to build something career-wise in your life before Uranus comes rolling around with its earthquakes and eruptions galore.

Also from late October to mid-November this year, Jupiter will come to sextile your Venus. Supporting Saturn's trine, this Jupiter sextile will bring a good time to promote your ideas and make contact with people in positions of influence or power. You may find you relate well to authority figures and afford them the respect they deserve, making them more inclined to support your efforts or further your advancement. You will likely be generous in your communication and will listen to other opinions, and may look for opportunities to teach or enlighten, or promote education of some kind. You also may be more concerned with justice and fairness in business practice, whether you work for the good of the general public or reform the way your office functions. You may expand your business or take on more territory, with a high level of confidence and faith in your abilities. If you’re involved in any legal matters during this time, they’ll likely resolve in your favour and amicably.

From late February to early April 2020, then from mid-June to mid-August the same year, and then again from mid-November to the end of December 2020, Saturn will conjunct your Venus, the ruler of your 10th House, which will, among other things, give a similar effect to conjuncting your Midheaven itself. The time when this happens will be fairly important to your career and will pressure you to define your true career path. You’ll likely have spent a while gaining a better understanding of your needs and an appreciation of your talents in your career, and hopefully will then be ready to take on more responsibility and prove your worth to peers, authority figures and the general public. However, this time can be very difficult, especially if you're not sure that you’re on the right track. Self-doubt is very normal at that time and actually serves an important purpose. We’re often on a track that’s not really satisfying, but are either unsure of what we really want to do or hesitant to make changes that will upset the stability of our life. But happiness and fulfillment in your career are vitally important to your well-being and if you’re truly unfulfilled, the challenges you encounter then will make this more obvious and you may not be able to continue without making necessary changes. If you’re happy with your career path and have worked hard to achieve success, this time will bring important opportunities to advance and claim your spot in the business world. Other people, especially those in power, will see your potential and you’re likely to be given more responsibility, often in the form of a promotion. They’ll depend on you more and expect you to follow through. You may also feel that you’ve outgrown your situation and may want to start your own business. You may find it necessary to relocate in order to take better advantage of business opportunities. It’s important that you work hard and accept these challenges now, and you’ll find more satisfaction in your business success as a result.

Another huge transit coming occurs roughly at the same time as the peak of Uranus' transit across your 10th House and this is Pluto coming to conjunct your Venus from early February 2022 (which strangely enough is also a very significant time for me in my chart) until the end of July 2022 and then again from mid-December 2022 until the end of February 2024. This will be an extremely important time in your career when the issue of how you handle power is severely challenged, and this test may take different forms. It may come through an intense need for power and influence in your career that leads you to take on an enormous project that you would never have attempted before. This taste of power needs to be handled carefully, as any attempt on your part to lord over others will meet with tremendous resistance. Or you may suddenly inherit a very powerful supervisor who thrives on expressing their dominance and regardless of how important your career is to you, you may feel compelled to fight to maintain your own position. Power is a dynamic at that time in your career, meaning that whoever starts pushing, the other will push back just as hard. You’ll likely be more capable of ruthless behavior to achieve your goals, but other people may be as well. When you possess a true sense of personal power you won’t feel the need to constantly prove it, which is part of the lesson you’ll probably be learning then. As hard as it is to compromise or share the power, it may be necessary and as you shift your focus to the results you’re really looking for rather than your own needs, you can enjoy great success. This time can also indicate a profound change in your career path, again due to your actions or forces out of your control. You may suddenly feel that the path you’re on doesn’t challenge you enough and you may be compelled to leave; or forces out of your control may cause you to leave, such as being fired. Your passionate nature and determined willpower are hard to handle and self-control is necessary in order to preserve the positive aspects of your situation. Even if you’re forced to change your path, it’s no doubt opening up the door for new situations in which you can apply the lessons you’ve learned during that time.

But remember, the first thing for you to focus on is putting yourself out there and the reward should come. The first transits coming are the trine of Saturn and the sextile of Jupiter - these are likely to bring fortunate opportunities which you will need to take advantage of so that they don't passed by unnoticed, that would be a tremendous mistake. So be on your guard, be ready to seize any opportunities that come your way, and you will most likely find a good job. After that, you have Uranus and Pluto to prepare for, so good luck and God bless. Take care, and I hope this helps. Come back to me if you have any more questions.

Best wishes,
Joe.
