Why Astrology?.
Many people get this question. Let me answer it from my point of view...

Getting birth as a human being is a new job for all of us. Imagine if you get a job in any company then you will have challenges, quarterly goals, feedback mechanism, workplace politics, struggling for your career goals, communicating effectively with your team mates and superiors and many more come into picture.
In a company you want to grow in the career ladder. In job called LIFE also you want to grow. You need to learn good and bad and struggle for better life just like better career in a company.

In job we take things seriously, because we are constantly evaluated by superiors and we have career ambitions. We get feedback from managers, some take the feedback in a constructive way and some employees don't. People who take the feedback constructively work on improving it and achieve new heights in career life.
In the same way life also gives us feedback. Life also evaluates us. Life by default gives us some unique skills in the job called Life to survive. It also gives the opportunity to grow .However most of us self biased and take life for granted. It's natural.

Thanks to our Rishi's/Sages who gave us a way to understand and decode those feedbacks that we get from planets and stars and our environment and from many more sources. Astrology is a science which will tell us how to improve our life , how to reach new heights in life. How to understand our strengths and weaknesses. How not to limit our self but to improve on. How not to live like a frog in a well but look beyond our limitations and understand others. It will help to have more empathy and it will change our perspective on things. It will help how to accept others as they are with the help of birth chart analysis and Gochara transits and many more methods.

Many think Astrology can be an obstacle to thought process hence they don't get into it. However it's false perspective. People who take the feedback constructively will reach new heights in life. It is same in career and in life.
Finally I gave my answer to 'Why Astrology'. I don't know what your perspective on it. Thank you for reading my view on it. Your view maybe different from mine and equally respect it. Hello Krishna , it's very interesting on how you look about Astrology and yet i want to say that there is not wrong or right look on it , as you already know it its all just viewpoint . Looking into it like improving ourselves is one of great ways to look up on life , yet difference between life it self and career (or job ) is that in life you do not have to tryhard or take it serious - as we are all on journey we can control only ourselves and that is enough for changing entire world around us . So my opinion about this is that your view can improve life quality on new better level and i support it fully . Astrology is not accepted by science cause they do not have evidence for it , yet we are evidence so it doesnt matter at all what science prove or not . Faith is out of reach to science , as science need to prove everything they cant 100 % prove does faith work or not , so science is based on proving rightness of something , thats why its very limited by it self . No matter if it is proven by science or nah , we use it cause we approve of it - and in same way life works If we approve of ourselves we do not wait for others to do which automatic put us in position of what you said - self improvement .
