"Ring of Fire" Eclipse

Post by admin » Thu Dec 26, 2019 11:51 am

Here it is, the last New Moon and Solar Eclipse of 2019. This one is an “annular” eclipse when the Moon is too far away from the Earth to completely block out the Sun, resulting in a “Ring of Fire” effect.

For all with Birthdays on this date in particular, or with the Moon or any planet or major chart point in the area of 5 degrees of Capricorn/Cancer – the months leading up to this time (and for possibly a month or two afterwards) – are relevant to pressures for change they may have been feeling building up, perhaps even as far back as the Total Solar Eclipse in the 11th Degree of Cancer in July, which was followed by a partial Lunar eclipse in the 25th Degree of Capricorn on the 16th July. Each of these points are markers for ‘change’.

Many of us have been feeling these at a personal level in our lives in one way or another, many I have noted, with a feeling of being trapped or unable to move forward, or coping with personal upheaval and frustration in some area of their lives. On a global/collective level, given that Saturn and Pluto, the South Node - and now, Jupiter only a few minutes of arc past this current Solar Eclipse - are all in Capricorn, I would hope that such as governments, corporations and so on will experience a major shake-up as a result. Surely this has already begun ?

For we mortals, it seems that it’s time to face up to and deal with the past, with what’s really over; to stop struggling against what is no longer relevant to our progress, and instead concentrate on what’s here now as a basis for building our future. (Well, that’s the theory).
