neptune 8th house synastry

I'm not too familiar with synastry so I wanted another opinion. This is not necessary relationship but I've been wondering if someone has their 8th house in your neptune what does this mean? Is related to a spiritual connection? As you can see I'm fascinated with the 8th house
Not only that but having someone's planets in your 8th house. I guess what I'm trying to ask is all the combinations of those placements.
someone's moon in your 8th house
mercury in you 8th house
Uranus in your 8th house
and neptune in your 8th house.
neptune in my 8th house is probably unusual at least I don't know much about.
