Need urgent help - panic attack nervousness - Riyadh

I need some advise .

10:46 am morning, Dhanbad, Jharkhand

I have joined my new company yesterday on 12th august .
Unfortunately, my old company had run out of projects so I had to look for new opportunities and I found one in Riyadh, KSA.

I have had panic attack and unease issues on 29 th July the day my stuff was to be packed for KSA shifting .

Even yesterday during joining time I had this panic attack, cold sweats running around the hands and feeling miserable and thinking abt running out .

I am having this issue , even though there hasn’t been any bad experience yet in KSA , Riyadh but I am feeling u easy and have troubled mind .



Please help what to do, I need the job as this was my only opportunity through my job hunt and now I ma feeling uneasy with troubled mind .
Whenever I am getting those moments I pray to lord shiva .

I am not wearing any gem stones .

I have been told by ppl that things r difficult for me due to Jupiter Saturn dasha and Sade sati running.

But what to do to have a balance life. Problem is there what’s the solution?
