Saturn in 7th and being the sublord of the 7th cuspal sublord indicates delay in marriage. Moon-Saturn mutual aspect in the lagna-7th axis also supports this delay. Mars aspect on Saturn in 7th can give the native very stubborn attitude in marital affairs and his selection process of bride.

Sharma sir, i feel you took the timing wrong while predicting as i mentioned earlier birth time is 11:31PM,
I guess u took 11:31am instead which is why the mars mahadasha ,actually my friend is in rahu mahadasha currently.

yes sorry my bad, took am instead of pm. With 11:31pm, the current dasha is Rahu which gets aspect from Saturn and Sun connecting the 2nd house of family, 7th house of marriage (Saturn in Mars nakshatra & Mars in 7th), 5th & 8th house through Sun, 11th house occupied by Rahu. Mars and Mercury are in each others nakshatra and same are the luminaries Sun and Moon. Punarphoo dosha still present through Saturn-Moon mutual aspect and love marriage still holds true. I feel the Rahu-Saturn-Moon period from 2022 August till November should be the time for him to get married.
