If so, what are the things of a horoscope that says the native understands astrology or can't understand astrology or dislikes astrology?

The basic requirement to be an astrologer is to have good memory which in a horoscope is seen from the sectors occupied by saturn in D/3, D/9 and D/30 divisional charts.
3 gives very good memory
2 is good
1 is just ok nothing to make you an outstanding astrologer.[YOU HAVE ONE SECTOR OF SATURN}

You are inclined because of exalted Saturn n Moon together in one house. But you have just average or low interpreting skills.

You are being yourself... aren't you? And, in the process it looks like you are giving answers to some of the questions you had posed in the other thread. On my part, I have tried to ignore that thread and restrained myself... for I had intuitively felt one of the chart might be that of yourself.

It is not an accident or coincidence that the following stand our in your birth-chart:
1. Udaya Lagna along with Rahu (in the Rahu-Ketu axis) being placed in Mithuna Rashi and posited in the Lunar Constellation of Mrigashira Nakshatra, ruled by top-class malefic and powerfully placed Mars/Kuja.
2. Lagna Lord Mercury/Budha is placed in his Neecha-Sthana or sign of debilitation in Meena Rashi. To make matters worse, he seems to have been torched by Sun/Ravi, for being in close proximity.
3. Moon/Chandra in conjunction with an exalted or Uccha Saturn/Shani-dev in the Lunar Constellation of Swati Nakshatra. This conjunction being aspected by Mars/Kuja.

Oh! By the way, Udaya Lagna is in Sandhi/Cusp and caught in transition. If Udaya Lagna is in Vrishaba Rashi, Lagna Lord is placed in the 12th house of Vyaya/Losses, as an unwelcome visitor in a strongly placed Mars/Kuja's Swasthan of Mesha Rashi... and Mercury/Budha is still placed in his Neecha-Sthana or sign of debilitation.

In any case, it does look like you have some technical background and a short fuse... with a fiery temper.

If I have low or average interpretation skills, then there is no point in learning astrology I guess
Also some of the descriptions sound scary. But yes, life can be scary too. And I don't think I have a 'fiery temper'.

I will answer some of the questions (since it clashes with a previous post)

1. Your present career/professional skills/education; hobbies etc ?

My hobbies are playing games, watching movies, trying to learn/read or experiment about supernatural stuff (try to find out whether they are true or false), playing with kids and lot more.

2. From which year did you start the interest in astrology ?

It is after 2009 September. Before that I didn't know my Lagna. I thought it was 'Cancer'

3. How would you describe the 19 year period of Saturn dasa you now finished ?

It was so mixed. Lots of ups and downs. Compared to the period before (Guru dasa) I can't clearly see a difference. I think I had a bad time around 1997-1999 (Guru dasa). Also around 2011 up to early 2014 it was bad. Also 2018 I got so many things happening in my life, both good and bad.

4. Was your birth a normal delivery or was there any complication ?

A normal one. With bit less weight.

5. Do you know if your Lagna is Taurus or Gemini ?

Almost all say it as Gemini

6. Have you a Nadi Astrologer in Kandy ?

Yes, they are in Sri Lanka. I got interested in astrology and so many other supernatural stuff because of them, after I met them in 2009 September. They told many thing accurately. Even names of family members. But unfortunately no other predictions/details by others amazed me like they did (others were not even closer).
I have mentioned that I have read few books and sources about astrology. But I am just a beginner. I have read about these other anti-astrological stuff as well like 'Barnum effect' and experiments like 'Mars effect' and etc.

No. Nothing special.

8. Are you married; and if so, was it traditional or not ?

Yes married and it was a traditional process. Still married.
