Birth in inauspicious yoga / karana and marriage delay

Greetings to all the astrologers!

I met an astrologer a while back who informed me that birth in inauspicious yoga / karana / nakshatra can cause delay in marriage. Examples:

Birth in ashlesha, moola, etc.
OR
Birth in vaidhruti yoga or vyapati yoga etc.
OR
Birth in vishti karana

Is this true? Please clarify.

There is no hard and fixed rule as this otherwise puts fear in people.
Men and women born in all these times have got married. Some delayed,
some denied for no fixed rule.
So its a contribution from all the planets in the chart and their modifications
by sign, house, nakshatra, all the details given in the panchanga, the angles
of the sun and moon and one planet to another have got to be looked at to
see if they all agree without any opposition to deliver happiness or sadness
in a particular aspect of their life. Also depending on past life credit.
There are a lot of variable factors to be taken into consideration for any aspect
in a chart.
Friends and Enemies play an important role in life - AS ABOVE - SO BELOW.

It is not true.

Delay in marriage happens when houses, planets, Significators connected to marriage are weak/ afflicted.
