What are some combinations to look for in a chart for foreign lover / relationship with a foreigner ? What are some combinations for a foreign spouse as well ?

What is the difference in the combinations between the two (ie just a relationship with foreigner vs a foreign spouse) ?

An easy way to check is that for a relationship, Rahu will be in the 5th house and for marriage Rahu will be in the 7th house.
