The system I follow says:Mahadasa of Jupiter: Jupiter is the doer [Karak[ for the 6th house events from the houses it has lordship. 6th from placement if it has more than 4 bindus. If it has more than 4 bindus then 8th and 4 from its placement also. There are still more... that is how life moves on....

For Virgo Ascendant the main focus during the Jupiter Mahadasa will be on events related to 2nd, 9th and 12th houses.

Yes I checked and it falls within nearly half minutes in Virgo.
Go ahead with Virgo if you feel that there has been no error in noting time.
The school of thought I follow takes the birth time as the first cry of the child and not the time when cord is cut.

What is the Ayanamsa value

give value of True Lahiri Ayanamsa used.

Try with Jhora and Ayanamsa True Lahiri [ although I personally use a little less than true Lahiri]

NOW TRY WITH SOME OTHER SOFTWARE ALSO.

What degree Virgo ?

MALE: time of birth was changed by 3 minutes to 18:15 so that reason for not being married till now could be justified.
Seems the couple gets married before mid 2024.
A good Long-Term marriage.
