Re: The ancient view of saturn...second sun?
This is fascinating, maestro. Interestingly, there is a Greek letter which might or might not come through that looks very much like the symbol for Saturn - η no it won't take it but it is eta if anyone cares to have a look. Also, Chronos was a rather nasty god who killed his father, Ouranus, and th...

Birth of the USA
Have not had time yet to check out the basic historical facts, but according to Dan Brown's latest novel, the cornerstone for the Capitol building in Washington DC was laid by George Washington on the 18th September, 1793 from 11:15 to 12:30 (daytime). Washington's co-ordinates are 38'53"N and ...

Re: Regiomontanus
I had meant to answer this a while ago. I have tried Kosh, with varying success. I have also tried Equal House. Try it - its fun to see what house people's planets fall in - it really gives a good view of underlying influences

Re: Final Dispositors
I am not arguing with what you say, admin. It was just that I was taught you only count them when there is one. But I suppose it is a bit like astrological 'weights' - it often turns out that you you get 2 elements or modalities of equal weight and, as you say, each will have to find expression.

Re: Final Dispositors
As far as I know, the final depositer only becomes significant if there is only one of them. If you have more than one, then it is meaningless. That is the traditional rules, but if you can come up with a reason why astrologers should consider more than one 'final' depositer, then I, for one, would ...

Re: Dependent on Paranormal Counselling? Help is at hand.
I would agree with admin on the whole - we have all come across people who keep wanting to know just that little bit extra all the time. I have often wondered if this might stem from a personality disorder rather than an addiction, although some personality disorders do show comorbidity with addicti...

Re: synastry and liltih
I'm sorry to be late replying to this, also have the 'flu so mind might not be working too well. I think if Lilith in another person's chart is touching something in our own we will feel it sooner or later as a big huge bang. There can also be attraction in the sense of someone understanding a deep ...
