Hello,it's diffucult to do that! In most times i am negative and hopeless.

Do you think that should search for specific therapy,or will waste my money? Is it possible to get healed finally even if this could last some longer time?

The disorder triggers sometimes,so i have to deal with social inhibition,inadequacy,fear of rejection or criticism and more.Guys,i don't know if will make it to overcome it and live a more normal life,it's just sometimes so discouraging.

They are simple body postures, breathing exercises and ways to control your body and mind. They are quite popular and catching up globally. The least you could do is ask or try googling those terminologies to understand and learn what they are... Take care... Alright,i will keep a notice to look at...
